McFadden back on Top!

The Cream always rises to the  top!

In the words of John Paul Ryan “The cream always rises to the top “never was it so true than last night at Premier Speedway for James McFadden and the Monte Motorsports Team. After a tough start to the World Series Sprintcar Series James McFadden bounced back to form claiming a superb win at the Warnambool round.

After sharing the front row with quick time winner Brock Hallett McFadden was never headed after the start and his tally of points on the night has moved him a share second with Corey Eliason just 46 points adrift of Series leader Kerry Madsen. Madsen and Eliason must be wondering when the checker Flag will fall for them in this series after finishing on the podium in all rounds so far.

McFadden was fast all night just missing overall quick time behind Brock Hallett. Strong heat results saw McFadden start on the front row from which he was never headed Last night’s win was McFadden’s 21st Main event WSS win.

The next round at Avalon Raceway was cancelled due to possible extreme weather conditions so the Teams will now head back to Warnambool for round five of the series. What can we expect at Warnambool ? Will we have a 5th different winner, will young Goodyer bring back his amazing pace or will Madsen or Eliason command the top step of the podium. We will get all the answers late on New Year’s Day 2020!
