MCCOOL JUNCTION, N.D. – Aug. 12, 2014 – With his eighths Knoxville Championship locked away the wining form of Donny Schatz seems to know no boundaries as he charged to his 14th tour win when the Outlaws started their Midwestern swing at McCool Motor Speedway in Nebraska .

Joey Saldana continued his quick time form with his 20th quick time .As fast as the Motter #71 racecar is early it seems unable to regularly convert his pace into Feature wins. Shatz has no such problems.
Schatz shadowed Saldana during the qualifying laps posting 2nd quick. Schatz then backed up with a heat win and a fifth place in the dash won by Paul McMahan.
Feature time and McMahan jumped out to the early lead over Kraig Kinser and would lead the 30 lap feature into the lap 10 when the shadow of Schatz became real and the #15 SPT charged into the race lead. The race went wire to wire and in cases like this Schatz offers little to those chasing.

There is nothing like winning form and now with 14 wins for the World of Outlaws STP series Schatz‘s Championship lead over Daryn Pittman continues to grow. . Paul McMahan, possibly one of the most underrated drivers on the tour ran a solid second ahead of Kraig Kinser
