Madsen double boom at the BIG E
Australia’s Sprintcar Champion Kerry Madsen went Boom ,Boom at the Big E,Eldora Speedway.Without a win with the Outlaws since August 2015 Kerry Madsen took all before him wining both nights of the BIG E World of Outlaws and USAC “Lets Race Two show” 
Madsen’s performances have not been results wise what the Keneric Team would have hoped for at the start of the season. Sitting in a lowly 14th position in the points when the Team rolled into Eldora the weekend would remind the Outlaws if they ever needed to be of the sheer determination, raw speed of the so called Mad Man from St Mary in Western Sydney. Madsen was fast all weekend and ended each qualifying session near the top of the times.
The Big E held no worries for Madsen with a Kings Royal win in his trophy cupboard Madsen set about setting the pace. With all the way wins on both nights it might suggest he had an easy road to the checkers, far from it .
The All Star Circuit of Champion regular and ex Outlaw Chad Kemenah chased Madsen home on both nights and at time looked to have Madsen covered. There was no other driver over the two nights that appeared to be able to haul Madsen in .The Australian AU1 running under his Outlaw number #29 was clearly delighted with his powerful and emphatic triumph, the $20K would also have delighted the Team.
The return to form so quickly after missing the A main at Jacksonville will certainly have those sitting ahead of him in the points concerned .The completion within the Outlaw group is crazy , points and race wins hard to achieve and with the keneric Team and Madsen firing at this level its get that much harder.
While Madsen taking was taking all the applause Australia’s other representative Jamie Veal made both A Mains finishing 22nd on night one and 17th night two.

Kerry Madsen
“We’ve been quick all year and we just haven’t showcased it. The guys just stepped it up – the car was a rocket ship all weekend,” Madsen said. “Just to get this up here the last two nights is fantastic. It was a hell of a race.”
“I didn’t know who it was but I knew he was there so I stepped it up and nearly junked the thing in two,” Madsen said. “I thought, I better not do that again. I definitely upped the tempo when I saw him and I knew if there was one hiccup, the line he was running, he would drive right by me. It was intense.”
Chad Kemenah
“I could hit right through the middle of the race track, I don’t know why,” said Kemenah, who finished second for the second night in a row. “I could go wherever I needed to go. I probably showed (Madsen) my nose there too soon there with Kerry and he knew I was there. Hats off to them guys, they did a really good job both nights. When you start up there, you need to capitalize and I did.”
Daryn Pittman
“ Luckily , I was in third the whole time and did’t see what was happening behind me. I could hear them and somebody would show me their nose every once in a while so I figured it was getting pretty heated.
We had a good weekend .Our car is close. We’re just a little off. Kerry and Chad both were kind of in a class of their own this weekend
