The announcement today from Speedway Australia that the schedule for the Speedcar Pro-Series has been agreed on will come as great news for fans of the mighty midgets. Negotiations’ with track promoter and race clubs have secured the following dates that will see events carried in four states with seven rounds.
The organizers have match Pro Series rounds with some of the most special events ensuring that fans across the country will for the first time have the opportunity to see iconic races such as the Magic Man 34 featuring all the best our country has on offer.
The Pro Series will be launched at the Perth Motorplex with the running of the Magic Man 34 a fitting tribute to one of Australia’s best, Michael Figiomeni.
The Grand Final of the Pro Series will be held on Sun Jan 5th 2013 at Warrnambool Speedway
To gather all our best drivers and be able to successfully negotiate venues across the country is a bold achievement and the efforts of Shane Collins from Speedwway Australia should be congratulated.
